As a 3MTT Fellow:

• Your journey matters.

• Your story can inspire millions across Nigeria and even the world.

The 3MTT National Impact Reflection Challenge is your chance to share how the 3MTT program has changed your life and career. More than just a challenge, it’s a national spotlight on your progress, skills, and transformation.

🎯 Who Can Participate?
All 3MTT Cohort 1, 2, 3, NextGen, DeepTech, and Learning Community members.

📝 What You Need To Do:

Create a short video (maximum of 2 minutes) and share your story in two parts:

Before 3MTT
• Your background before the program
• Challenges you faced
• Your dreams in tech

After 3MTT
• Skills you learned
• Projects you worked on
• How the program changed you
• Your future goals

📢 Post your video on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok and use these hashtags:

✅ If you previously joined 3MTT but could not complete your cohort or graduate, you can apply to be deferred into the NextGen Cohort using the form below.

❌ If you have already graduated and been certified from any cohort, you are not eligible for this NextGen Cohort.

For new participants who have never registered for 3MTT before, you can register for the NextGen cohort below:

Please note: Registration is closing very soon as the cohort is about to fully begin!

🎓 NEXTGEN COHORT VIRTUAL ORIENTATION

The NextGen Cohort is already in motion! 🚀

To help new fellows settle in properly, we’ve started a 4-day virtual orientation to guide everyone through:
• The learning process
• Expectations
• How to succeed in the program

We’ve already completed Day 1 and Day 2 successfully.

📅 Coming up next:
Day 3 – Monday, 2nd February
Day 4 – Tuesday, 3rd February

If you’re part of the NextGen Cohort, make sure you don’t miss these sessions for anything! They are very important for a smooth start.
